Dick Clark’s American Bandstand Entertainment Complex

Chris Lucchi is the managing partner for Branson-based Dick Clark’s AB Theatre LLC, which opened Dick Clark’s American Bandstand Entertainment Complex on April 21 at 1600 W. Highway 76 in Branson. Lucchi and theater manager Sean Murray hold three daily shows in the $5 million, 85,000-square-foot, 900-seat theater. Regular performers include Bill Medley of The Righteous Brothers, Paul Revere and the Raiders, Fabian, Bobby Vee, The Comets and Gary Lewis and the Playboys. The complex also includes a 12,000-square-foot Dick Clark American Bandstand Grill and an exhibition of restored automobiles and other memorabilia from 1957. Show times: 10 a.m., 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m., 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Sunday. Phone: (417) 332-1960.

Premier Imports

Wayne Lewis and Dave Morris opened a second location for used-car dealer Premier Imports on Nov. 20 at 511 S. Ingram Mill Road. Their original lot has been in Rogersville for 11 years. Greg Highley is general manager of the new location, which specializes in late-model imports. Highley said he usually has 50 to 60 cars and trucks on his lot. Branson Homes and Land

La Nora Kay moved Branson Homes and Land on Dec. 22 to 2277 State Highway 265 in Branson. Kay’s real estate firm offers residential and commercial sales and leasing and property management. It spent the last two years at 3940 Green Mountain Drive in Branson. Kay went from lessee to owner with the move to the $600,000 office. The move also increased her space from 1,600 square feet to 3,000 square feet and allowed her to increase her staff from six to 14. Financing was acquired through Metropolitan National Bank.
