Owners Kelly Jones, Ken Rogers and Gail Fredrick opened Lincoln-Evans Land Title Co. Inc. on June 1 at 729 Center Circle, Ste. D, in Nixa. Luigi’s Pizza Kitchen

Chris Jordan opened Luigi’s Pizza Kitchen Inc. on July 24 at 107 Aldersgate in Nixa. Jordan and General Manager Donny McCaddon serves pizzas, pastas, salads, sandwiches and appetizers. Dinners average $6.50, according to McCaddon. Jordan founded Luigi’s Pizza Kitchen in Branson eight years ago. He now has two locations there.
