Al and Trish Kitt opened Gringo’s MarketPlace on July 22 at 1332 E. Republic Road, Ste. A, in River Plaza. Gringo’s MarketPlace features southwest style home décor items, such as cacti, blankets and pottery. The Kitts moved 15 months ago from Montana, where they owned a horse ranch and a bar and grill. Donco Construction
Donco Construction moved Aug. 4 to 2225 N. Plainview Ave., near Springfield-Branson National Airport. The commercial construction company, formerly at 1819 E. Dale St., gains 2,200 square feet with the move. Donco, owned by Don York, has worked on Branson Landing among other area projects, according to Alisha York, manager of special projects and administration and Don York’s daughter. Jeffrey Young opened the Law Offices of Jeffrey D. Young PC on July 1 at 1675 E. Seminole, Ste. H-1. Young, formerly a staff attorney for Ramsdell Law Firm, specializes in workers’ compensation, family law and traffic violations. His hourly bill rate is $125, but he also takes cases on contingency.
