Randy Bacon moved Randy Bacon Photography Inc. on Nov. 10 to 600 W. College St., from Park Central West. In February, he, wife Shannon and Matt Miller, Jeff Schrag and Dan Johnson bought the nearly 100-year-old, 15,500-square-foot building on College Street. Bacon owns half of the building, now called Monarch Art Factory. He’s leasing space to three other businesses, with plans to lease to two more. His current tenants are Blacksuits Creative LLC, a graphics and advertising agency; Bellwether Gallery of the Arts, an art gallery owned by Second Baptist Church; and Garage Door Gallery, an art gallery and studio. Brown Derby
Ron and Jo Ann Junge opened their 18th Brown Derby liquor store on Oct. 13 in Quail Creek Plaza, 1440 W. Republic Road. Tom Nowack is store manager, according to Accounting Manager Jay Mostyn. All but one Brown Derby store are in Springfield; the other is in Lebanon. Hours: 8 a.m.–midnight Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m.–7 p.m. Sunday. Phone: (417) 881-0521.
DreamLan Internet Game Center
Lella Womack and her 21-year-old son, Danny Womack, opened DreamLan Internet Game Center on Sept. 25 at 276 W. Mount Vernon in Nixa. The video game arcade features a military-themed environment, satellite-equipped TVs, video game consoles, including Nintendo Wii and Microsoft Xbox 360, and 19 gaming PCs.
