Paul Gardner is manager for Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar in Super Center Plaza, 2725 N. Kansas Expressway. The sports bar and restaurant, which opened Jan. 1, features wings, wraps, sandwiches and burgers. Jim Bruno, of La Porte, Ind., is the franchisee, according to Gardner. Bruno also owns the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant at 900 E. Battlefield Road in Battlefield Marketplace, which opened in 2004, and five others in Nebraska, Alabama and Indiana. Minneapolis-based Buffalo Wild Wings has 415 locations nationwide. The Kansas Expressway location can seat about 200 guests. Shane Schaetzel started Schaetzel Insurance Agency LLC on Jan. 15. The home-based agency operates www.itravelhealth.com, a Web site that offers health and life insurance for travelers and immigrants, Schaetzel said. Christy Clem-Johnson opened Iya’s Fashion House LLC on Dec. 9 at 1440 W. Republic Road in Quail Creek Plaza. Clem-Johnson sells new women’s clothing and accessories, she said, specifically mentioning handbags. She also sells clothing for female toddlers at her 1,750-square-foot store.
