Gavin and Cassandra Walker moved Creative Software Solutions on June 23. The firm, which creates custom business software, relocated to 3113 S. Pickwick Place after four years at 1031 E. Battlefield Road. Cassandra Walker said the company designs software for barcode printing and scanning, inventory management, data conversions, e-commerce, and medical and payroll interfaces. Keepsake Designs by JS
Jodi Swisshelm started Keepsake Designs by JS, a Web-based company that sells personalized stationery and monogrammed baby and toddler clothes, blankets and other items. The Web site, www.keepsakedesigns
byjs.com, launched July 16. Swisshelm, whose brother-in-law is restaurateur Bruce Swisshelm Jr., said a friend asked her to make a customized ring bearer’s pillow about six years ago, and that led to her starting the company. Swisshelm doesn’t keep set hours. Phone: (417) 693-3881.
