Steve Mansfield is franchisee for three Gloria Jean’s Coffees outlets in Branson, including the newest one at 1946 W. Highway 76. That location, which features a drive-through and seating for 45 patrons, opened Sept. 2 in a former Schlotzsky’s deli location, according to co-manager Brenda Nelson. The other two locations are at Branson Landing, one near the fountain and another near Bass Pro Shops. Gloria Jean’s serves coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas and baked goods. The Irvine, Calif.-based chain, established in 1979, has 149 stores in 31 states. Hours: 6 a.m.–midnight seven days a week. Phone: (417) 334-9262.

Pam Aleshire is manager for the Postal Federal Community Credit Union branch that opened Aug. 27 at 3763 N. State Highway H, which is Glenstone Avenue north of city limits. This is PFCCU’s fourth Springfield location. The credit union, which has $100 million in assets and more than 17,000 members, also has two branches in Joplin, one in Branson and one in Nixa. Express Personnel Services

Franchisees Mark and Sharon Snow moved Express Personnel Services on May 11 to 3050 S. National Ave., Ste. 200. A November fire destroyed the company’s location at 2045 S. Waverly Ave. Between November and May, Express Personnel Services operated from a temporary location at 1675 E. Seminole St. The permanent location is 4,000 square feet, about twice as big as the office that burned down, according to Sharon Snow. The company also has expanded its staff to nine employees from seven since the move. Express Personnel Services offers full- and part-time staffing services for a variety of needs, including industrial, hospitality, office and professional. Oklahoma City-based Express Personnel Services, established in 1983, has about 600 franchise locations in the United States, Canada, South Africa and Australia.
