Bailey’s American Grille

Dan Willey and Shawn Gott opened Bailey’s American Grille on Sept. 1 at 319 W. Walnut, in the former Rasta Grill spot. Bailey’s American Grille offers sit-down dining and traditional American fare, such as cheese-steak sandwiches and chili-cheese Coney dogs. The restaurant also features a salad bar for lunch and dinner every day, Willey said. The average lunch price is $8, he said. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating for about 300 people. This is the first restaurant owned by Willey or Gott, though Willey said he was general manager for four years at Maria’s Mexican Restaurant on South Avenue. Restaurant hours: 11 a.m.–10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m.–11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Bar hours: 11 a.m.–1:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m.–midnight Sunday. Tri-Lakes Title & Escrow

Tri-Lakes Title & Escrow relocated Aug. 31 to 800 State Highway 248, Stes. A, B and C in Building 4 of Manchester Place in Branson. Established in 1963, the commercial and residential title and escrow company had operated for 14 years at 204 S. Third St. in downtown Branson, according to Corporate Administrator Stephana Babbit Wilson. Tri-Lakes Title & Escrow moved to increase its space to 5,800 square feet in a building with more usable space after previously operating in 4,500 square feet. The new space is also closer to bank and developer clients, Wilson said. Tri-Lakes Title & Escrow is owned by President Stephen Babbit, Wilson’s father, and Vice President Theresa Manlove, Wilson’s aunt. The company uses several underwriters, including Commonwealth Land Title and Chicago Title, Wilson said. Hours: 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Phone: (417) 334-1114.

The Kitchen Inc. opened Lorraine’s thrift store June 15. Lorraine’s is located at 500 E. Commercial St., across the street from Maggie’s Boutique, 450 E. Meanwhile, Maggie’s Boutique continues to sell clothing and household goods, she said. Lorraine’s occupies a 2,500-square-foot building that was already owned by The Kitchen, a nonprofit organization founded in 1983 to provide “housing, food, and medical services to the homeless, underserved and uninsured,” according to The Kitchen’s Web site, www.thekitcheninc.org.
