D3 Technologies moved Jan. 1 into a 14,000-square-foot headquarters at 4600 W. Kearney St. The 10-year-old mechanical computer-aided design consulting firm, which specializes in Autodesk software, had leased 1,900 square feet at 1313 N. Nias Ave. for seven years, according to Marketing Manager Alissa Jones. D3 owner Kevin Schlack also owns the new building, which was designed by Burns & Associates and constructed by Construction Processing Co. LLC. Highlights include upgraded classroom space, which Jones said is used to train D3’s clients in the Autodesk manufacturing software. D3 also has offices in Kansas City; St. Louis; Denver; Memphis, Tenn.; Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Okla.; Little Rock, Ark.; and Wichita, Kan. Hours: 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Anytime Fitness

Husband and wife Monte and Shawn Pearce opened Anytime Fitness on Dec. 1 at 581 E. Elm in Republic. Customers have 24-hour access to the 4,500-square-foot gym via an electronic key, according to manager John Gorman. Monthly memberships range from approximately $27–$40 and give patrons access to any of the 800 clubs nationwide for Hastings, Minn.-based Anytime Fitness, Gorman said. The Pearces also own an Anytime Fitness at 916 N. Main St. in Nixa, and franchisee Byron Bauer opened an Anytime Fitness in September at 1508 W. State Highway J in Ozark. The Pearces plan to open two locations in Springfield. Monte Pearce is a regional manager for Pizza Hut. Staffed hours: 11 a.m.–7 p.m. Monday through Friday and by appointment on Saturday. Sonya’s Leather & Jewelry Outlet

Connie and Leonard Meyer opened Sonya’s Leather & Jewelry Outlet on March 20 at 1888 S. U.S. 65 Business in Hollister. The store features jewelry and leather products, such as handbags and jackets, according to Connie Meyer. The Meyers have operated Sonya’s Jewelry & Gifts for 25 years in downtown Branson, and they now own eight stores under the Sonya’s banner in southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas. The stores, which have slightly different names, are owned under a sole proprietorship, Meyer said. Hours: 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m.–6 p.m. Sunday. Phone: (417) 334-3121.
