The $135 million-asset financial institution also operates branches in Plato, Mountain Grove and Sparta, said Jeff Kennedy, assistant vice president of operations. Bank officials say they brought the $2.3 million, 8,000-square-foot branch to Rogersville because the community fits the company’s profile and is in growth mode. There are 12 employees, and John Everett is branch president. Legacy Bank’s total deposits are currently $96 million, Kennedy said.
