Fidelity Title Agency of Springfield Inc.

Fidelity Title Agency of Springfield Inc. opened its fourth office Sept. 2 at 3645 S. Culpepper Circle, Ste. 100. Fidelity has operated in Springfield for 21 years and now maintains three offices in Springfield and one in Republic. The company offers title insurance and closing services on real estate transactions. A closing agent is onsite at each office, and Stella Chamberlain manages the Culpepper Circle office. Ethix Studios

Landon Lewis on Oct. 20 moved Ethix Studios to 315 Park Central East after working out of his home for three years. In July, Lewis brought Creative Director Jarad Johnson on board at the graphic design and web development firm, which specializes in original branding for business cards and logos. He quickly began looking for office space in downtown Springfield and settled on 1,800 square feet in the Marx Building. About 80 percent of the firm's work is outsourced from other Web developers. Wendy's

Franchisees Sam and June Hamra opened their 27th restaurant under the Wendy's of Missouri Inc. banner Oct. 27 at 1329 Highway 60 East in Republic. Wendy's of Missouri served as general contractor of the 3,169-square-foot building, designed by Baron Design and Associates LLC. According to its Web site, Wendy's operates 6,700 restaurants worldwide, making it the world's third-largest hamburger fast-food chain, and 77 percent of Wendy's sites are franchised.
