Killuminati Foundation

Killuminati Foundation, a 501(c)3 public charity, was established March 1 to help pay for medical care for dogs with life-threatening conditions in Greene and Christian counties. Founder Jeanna Callahan said the foundation will pay half of the medical care costs for dog owners who cannot afford veterinary care; payments go directly to the dog's veterinarian. An application form is available at www.thekilluminatifoundation.org. Donations can be made through the site, at Commerce Bank or mailed to the foundation at 4812 N. 11th St., Ozark, MO 65721. The organization also helps support dog rescue group SWMOK9S. Callahan, a sales representative recruiter for Wyndham Vacation Resorts, said Killuminati is an African term that means "change for the better."
