The company, which offers title insurance and closing services for real estate transactions, has operated in Springfield for more than 20 years. PCOS Magazine

PCOS Magazine, a publication targeted toward women and girls with polycystic ovarian syndrome, will publish its first issue this month. The Springfield-based bimonthly magazine was previously published as PCOS Today Magazine. Under the new title, founder and Editor Linda Harvey has partnered with Joshua Yates to form parent company Blank Page LLC. Harvey, who has polycystic ovarian syndrome, compiles articles and columns on nutrition, lifestyle, advocacy, alternative remedies and personal stories, according to www.pcosmagazine.com. Harvey estimates startup costs for the magazine's re-launch totaled less than $2,000. Her goal is for PCOS Magazine to be profitable by its third issue with revenues to come from advertising and subscriptions through a print-on-demand model. The Blank Page office is located at 1325 W. Taylor Hutchens Photography LLC

Taylor Hutchens Photography LLC moved to Springfield from North Carolina in early June. Taylor Hutchens, a professional photographer for two years, has experience in portrait, product and stock photography, including as a contributor to iStockphoto.com. He also runs a sports photography division called Undefeated Photo, according to www.taylorhutchens.com. He does not work out of a studio but offers his services on location. Hutchens estimates that startup costs were approximately $6,000 and most money was spent on equipment. Sessions are available by appointment. The sitting fee for portrait sessions is $75 for two hours, he said, and product photography is $75 for the first hour and $50 per hour after. Phone: (417) 353-8555.
