Harry and Bonnie Dixon, of Reno, Nev., bought the rights from Clyde and Diane Bitney, who are retiring. “The Bitneys have agreed to help us out until July, which is very helpful,” said franchise manager Ernie Cobbett. “A major client we have is Fort Leonard Wood, and we’re doing what they call a ‘move-in, move-out,’ or a white-glove cleaning.” The Memphis, Tenn.-based franchise offers commercial cleaning, mostly for office buildings and medical facilities.
