OPEC leader: Oil could shoot back to $200

Still enjoying relatively low gasoline prices where you live? Might want to go fill up a few gas cans, then. OPEC's secretary general is predicting barrels of oil could soon be going for around $200.
 
According to reporting by CNNMoney, the secretary general recently said that oil prices have bottomed out and a rebound is pending. But not because OPEC plans to slack off production.
 
Instead, the SG says the "correction" will be the result of oil companies cutting spending and slowing or stopping the building of new oil rigs, which the SG says puts oil reserves at risk by under-investing, CNNMoney reports.
