As part of the decision, Russia and Kazakhstan will increase output modestly. Saudi Arabia is extending its voluntary cut in oil production of 1 million barrels per day into April.
Brent crude rose 5% on the news.

We were Energy Independent under Trump in 4 years. Why should we care about Saudi keeping Oil production stable--Oh Yeah that's because the current administration appears to be dismantling the USA energy production program. Now it makes sense.
I wish our journalist friends would start some investigative actions to see what effect the changes are are making in the USA.
