Online personal-shopping service and clothing retailer Stitch Fix Inc. announced it would lay off roughly 1,400 employees.
Most of the layoffs, impacting 18% of its staff, will occur in September.
San Francisco-based Stitch Fix employs stylists who help select items that are shipped to customers each month as part of a subscription service.
