Project description: No tenants have signed on yet for One Park Centre, a two-story retail center on the northwest corner of Sunshine Street and Kansas Expressway. Leasing agent Teresa Schwab of Wilhoit Properties said lease rates are $8.50 to $13.50 per square foot, triple net. Developer DuWayne Eoff’s tenants will have a built-in customer base, because Coryell & Company Properties LLC owns several apartment complexes on the corner.
