One of St. Louis' largest private companies sold

TricorBraun Holdings Inc., of St. Louis' largest private companies, has been sold.

Chicago-based CHS Capital, the company's majority owner, sold the business to private equity firm AEA Investors LP for undisclosed terms.

According to the St. Louis Business Journal, the Creve Coeur-based plastic and glass bottle distributor last year reported $911.4 million in revenue.
