Got ZooDoo? |ret||ret||tab|
|ret||ret||tab|
It's that time of year again. Dickerson Park Zoo is offering composted herbivore manure fondly known as ZooDoo for sale. ZooDoo, which costs $30 per pickup truck load, is loaded at 2 p.m. Saturdays during March at the Zoo. A pickup truck load is approximately two cubic yards. Smaller portions, which are priced accordingly, also are available, but buyers must bring their own containers and shovels. ZooDoo is a good organic supplement for vegetable and flower gardens. Proceeds benefit projects at Dickerson Park Zoo, and ZooDoo also facilitates the recycling of tons of manure produced at the zoo, where a ton of manure is produced each day. ZooDoo must be reserved by calling 417-833-1570. |ret||ret||tab|
