CITYRESTAURANT HEALTH INSPECTIONS

Listed here are the restaurant health inspections conducted by the Springfield-Greene County Health Department. Restaurants are inspected for critical and noncritical violations of state standards. According to the Springfield-Greene County inspection code, critical violations are "more likely than other violations to contribute to food contamination, illness and/or injury." And noncritical violations, "although important to the overall food hygiene of the establishment, do not necessarily present an immediate threat to food contamination, illness and/or injury." Kearney; critical violations found: 2 - *a small amount of chicken was 106 degrees F-115 degrees F because the north hot hold unit is not working properly- must repair unit to ensure chicken is kept at 140 degrees F or above; *three containers of degreaser or dish-washing powder were being stored above food or deep fryers - toxic items must stored in a way to prevent the possibility of contaminating food (relocated Immediately); noncritical violations found: 5.
