Requires a surface temperature of 160 F and 180 F at final rinse. Noncritical violations found: 6.

Aunt Martha’s Pancake House, 1700 E. Cherokee; Reinspection: critical violation corrected. There is now an air gap on the running water dipper well inlet. No violations found.
Bailey School, 301 W. Central; Breakfast and lunch are prepared at Central High School and transported to Bailey in coolers. Breakfast is served 8–8:30 a.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Lunch is served 10:26–10:40 a.m. the same days. Pasta is 151 F under warmer and milk is 39 F in beverage air cooler. Critical violations found: 0. Noncritical violations found: 2.
Ball Park Tavern, 811 S. West; Reinspection: Waste-line leak is fixed and mouse droppings are gone. No new evidence of pests today. No violations found.
Baskin-Robbins, 920 W. Kearney; Reinspection: Critical violations have been corrected. All noncritical violations (with exception of one vent in dining room that needs cleaned) have been corrected. No violations found.
Bob Evans Restaurant, 2651 N. Glenstone; Reinspection: Sink has been repaired. Ice machine was clean at this time. No violations found.
Braums, 604 N. Glenstone; Reinspection: Critical violation corrected, inside ice machine de-limed, clean and sanitized. No violations found.
Buckingham Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, 2415 N. Glenstone; Items listed on blueprint inspection of Oct. 17 have been taken care of and permit was issued. No violations found.
Carver Middle School, 3325 W. Battlefield; Dishwasher is okay. No violations found.
Casey’s Bar & Grill, 2609 N. Kansas; Reinspection: All critical violations and seven noncritical violations were corrected. Critical violations found: 1. *Soda nozzles are moldy (clean and sanitize). Corrected immediately. Noncritical violations found: 1.
Century Buffet, 210 E. Sunshine; Reinspection: Noncritical items corrected at this time. No violations found.
Chick-Fil-A, 2825 S. Glenstone; Critical violations found: 5. *Several tubs of cooked chicken in walk-in are not dated properly or are missing dates altogether. Pre-cooked chicken on salads is not dated. Once this chicken leaves the bulk container there is no date. Ready to eat potentially hazardous items must be dated through out the production process. Some chicken was discarded. *”Clean” lids in utensil drawer are sitting in food debris, and shelves are under drain board between prep sink and dishwashing drain board so food and water spill onto plastic shelving unit. Manager washed and sanitized all utensils and is relocating them. *There is some mold around the inside rim of the lemonade dispenser (need to clean and sanitize). *Gasket on ice cream machine contains old product (was washed Saturday). It needs to be washed and sanitized. *Front hand sink drips onto floor. Repeat items from inspection on April 8. Noncritical violations found: 3.
