Corrected by replacing cutting boards. *Knives stored in red box on wall were unclean. Box itself was unclean. Requires utensils to be cleaned and sanitized. Colton’s Steak House, 2020 E. Independence; Reinspection: Critical violations were corrected. No bare hand contact observed; lemons were cut using utensils. Cutting boards were clean and smooth.
