I will follow up about five days after the next treatment as advised by Bug Zero. I will also inspect Bugsy Malone’s, since it is connected to this restaurant and likely has a roach problem as well. Sunshine St.; This inspection was conducted in response to a complaint of bare-hand contact with food after handling money, bugs in bagels, and a twist tie in a served plate of biscuits of gravy. No insects were observed in wrapped bagels. We discussed bare-hand contact with ready to eat foods. Critical violations found: 2. *Improper thawing – hot water was used to thaw shrimp and it was 55 F sitting on the counter. Promptly discarded. *Sanitizer solution too strong – it tested 200 ppm.
