Storing raw meats below ready-to-eat foods helps prevent cross contamination. *No dates on repackaged fried chicken (cooked in-house) in self-service case or any opened ready-to-eat deli meats. Once opened, these meats can have up to a seven-day shelf life if stored at 41 F or less. Once cooked, the chicken also has a maximum shelf life of seven days if stored at 41 F or less.
