Amigo’s Mexican Restaurant, 2118 S. Campbell; Critical violations found: 3. *Open coffee cup on prep table. Went over with owner what code allows. *Using steam table to reheat foods. (Leftover potentially hazardous foods must be reheated to 165 degrees within 2 hours for hot holding.) Beans 145-150 degrees on steam table after 2 hours of reheating. Reheated beans on top of stovetop. *Drinking glasses stored in freezer upside down on build-up of ice. Raw meat also stored in this freezer. Shelf with ice build-up is not easily cleanable.
