AIDS Project of the Ozarks has been awarded a grant to support an innovative approach to addressing the critical issue of patient adherence to highly effective but difficult-to-take HIV drug combinations. The grant was one of nine awarded through a special funding program by Glaxo Wellcome Inc. A total of $330,000 was awarded to the nine recipients through this grant program.
The History Museum for Springfield-Greene County has received a grant of $8,000 from the Missouri Humanities Council in support of the upcoming exhibit "Artistic Springfield: Then and Now." The exhibit tells the story of the area's history of the arts and their impact on individual lives and the community.
