Pippin's Family Restaurant; A103 East Shopping Center, Willard; lack of hair covering hats on order, *direct hands on contact with ready-to-eat foods when touching toast and slicing vegetables for burger toppings, ice scoop stored with handle down in ice making server have to touch the ice to get it, bag of salt stored on floor, *reheating beef on steam table 149 degrees F at 10 a.m. once cooked and cooled must reheat potentially hazardous foods to 165 degrees F quickly, ham thawing on freezer out at room temperature, 31 degrees F in warmest spot (removed to the refrigerator).
