Posted online

by Diane Rarick

The Strafford Chamber of Commerce has re-elected David Edel, co-owner of Quick Change Oil and Lube, as president. The 1999 vice president is Ron Armitage, of Exotic Animal Paradise. Nikki Hokanson, of Greene County Bank, was elected secretary, and Kathryn Wilkerson, of Carousel Clothing Care, will be treasurer. The chamber meets at 7 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month at the VFW

Hall.

The chamber is planning a spring Business Expo, and other projects include the Fourth of July Parade, Route 66 Days in September and the Santa Express train stop, according to Wilkerson.
