Fifteen building permits for commercial use have been approved from Jan. 1 to Oct. 16 in the city of Ozark. The valuation for these projects is $2.15 million according to Al Gonzales, city of Ozark building code enforcement officer. During the same time period, two new industrial permits were awarded with a value of $640,000.
