The Ozark Community Development Authority has developed a proposal for the revitalization of downtown Ozark. Copies of the plan are available for public perusal at City Hall.
Bobbi Wixson, president of the Community Development Authority, would like to receive public opinion about the plan. It will eventually be presented to the Ozark Historic Preservation Commission, Ozark Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of Aldermen.
Springfield architect Laura J. Derrick prepared the master plan, which is designed to make downtown more attractive and pedestrian-friendly.
