Tim Harrington, of Harrington Construction, is building a retail shopping center at 912 W. Mt. Vernon (the south side of State Highway 14). The 13,000-square-foot building should be finished in January. Six retail/office spaces are still available for rent, averaging 1,150 square feet each.

Three of Harrington's businesses will occupy space at Stone Crest Plaza, including Harrington Construction, a pawn shop and an equipment rental business.
