DeWitt Property Management is completing a commercial office/warehouse building at 1208 Eaglecrest. Five spaces of 1,875 square feet each have been designed for small businesses that require storage space, according to Mike DeWitt.
"We are hoping that with Wal-Mart coming, it will increase the need for small service-type companies that might choose to move to this area," DeWitt said. The spaces will be ready for occupancy in mid-October, and interested tenants should contact Keith Roberts of Empire Realty in Nixa.
