Ron Duprau of Duprau Industries has completed a 17,000-square-foot office/warehouse building at 725-747 Kathryn Street. The building's tenants include a machine shop, an electrician, a plumber, an auto detail shop, a printer/silk screen shop and a computer manufacturer. Duprau owns two buildings and six other lots in the industrial park. He plans to build three or four similar buildings.
The building's tenants include new start-ups, out-of-state companies, and others who are moving from other locations in Nixa or Springfield, according to Duprau. "Lots of people are moving out of Springfield and want to service the Branson-lakes area."
The new traffic light planned at Kathryn Street/Aldersgate and State Highway 160 "will really help" Nixa's industrial park area, Duprau said.
