A 16,000-square-foot building, owned by James Taylor, is being completed in Fox Hollow Industrial Park, off Christian County Road AA north of Nixa.
Taylor will use one-fourth of the space as a shop for his antique and classic-car restoration business, AA Classics. The rest of the building will be rented as warehouse or industrial space.
