OMB Bank has expanded its executive leadership team to seven people with the promotion of two employees.
Jessica Sims and Michelle Sullivan have taken on executive vice president roles in addition to their positions as chief of staff and chief risk officer, respectively, according to a news release. The promotions were effective April 21.
“Jessica and Michelle exemplify the kind of leadership that moves OMB forward – not just in their professional expertise, but in the way they inspire others,” said Mark Harrington, OMB Bank president and CEO, in the release. “Their promotions reflect both the depth of talent within our organization and our continued focus on building a strong, future-ready executive team.”
With Harrington, Sims and Sullivan, OMB Bank's executive team comprises EVP and Chief Financial Officer Jeff Palmer, EVP and Chief Lending Officer John Maupin, EVP and Chief Operations Officer Joey Orr and EVP and Chief Credit Officer Cody Hansen.
OMB Bank ranked No. 6 on Springfield Business Journal's 2024 list of the area's largest banks and savings banks, published in October. OMB Bank's ranking criteria was over $1 billion in deposits held in the Springfield metropolitan statistical area, and the company also reported 198 employees and seven branches.
