Oldstone Apartments

Countryland Property Management is the owner/developer and general contractor for this apartment complex located one mile west of James River Freeway in Brookline. H Design Group is the architect and the engineer. Four buildings are completed; there will be a total of 16 buildings and 384 apartment units. The development features one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, a large resort-style swimming pool, a putting green and a sport court for volleyball, basketball and tennis. Great Southern Bank is the lender for the project, which has an estimated cost of $25 million. The entire complex is to be completed in the summer of 2008.
