BB&S LLC is the owner of an 18,000-square-foot, two-story mixed-use development in Republic. Wirt-Flavin Construction is the general contractor for the project. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the architect. Engineers are Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and HBH Engineers LLC, civil. Mike Flavin is serving as the leasing agent for Old Towne Center, located just west of Lowe’s in Republic. Liberty Bank is the lender for the approximately $2 million project, scheduled for completion Nov. 1.
