The Olathe City Council in Kansas gave the green light to tax incentives for a large-scale industrial and residential development in the Kansas City area.
The council voted to approve $252 million in industrial revenue bonds after rezoning 247 acres of rural land.
Developer Blue Springs Safety Storage South has plans for warehouses, apartments, townhomes, duplexes and single-family homes.
