Oil hits nearly three-week high

Oil rose to around a three-week high on Monday, as Saudi Arabia indicated it would continue to continue to curb shipments.

Brent crude was last down 8 cents on the day at $67.23 a barrel, while West Texas Intermediate crude for April delivery slipped 5 cents to $63.50 a barrel after a 3 percent increase last week. Brent rose 4 percent last week.

"There is a bit of a bearish twinge to everything ... but we believe in the second half (of the year), you'll see demand pull the market back up again," Natixis oil analyst Joel Hancock said.
