Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine yesterday unveiled a lottery system to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations.
The state will offer a weekly $1 million prize and full-ride college scholarships.
The five-week promotion will be available to adult residents of Ohio who have received at least one vaccine dose.
