Office/retail space

Keny Reynolds Construction is the general contractor for Four Little Ducks LLC’s office and retail space under construction in Bolivar. Creative Ink Architects is the architect for the 7,600-square-foot building, which will house The Kirksey Law Firm, owned by Jay Kirksey. His wife, Kathryn Kirksey, also is an owner of the project. Engineers are Meridian Structural Works, structural; LaRose & Schober, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Friesen Engineering, civil. The law firm will occupy three-fourths of the building, with remaining space available for lease at $10 per square foot, triple net.

Jay Kirksey said the estimated cost of the project, including the land, is $600,000.
