Dock Brothers Construction is the general contractor for this office/warehouse project for SMF Properties. The architect is Associated Design Group and the engineer is Tharp Engineering, according to Paul Dock with Dock Brothers Construction. The 12,000-square-foot project is scheduled for completion Jan. 1. The structure is designed for two tenants. It is a pre-engineered metal building with some exterior insulation finish system walls. Estimated project cost is $392,000, Dock said.
