Office building

Bill Brandt is the owner-developer of this new single-story office building that will accommodate up to two tenants, said Tim Lacey of Lacey Brothers Construction, the project’s general contractor. The architect is Richard Hardy, and Earl Bolin & Associates is the engineer for the 2,200-square-foot structure, which will resemble an old railway station.

The building will have an all-brick exterior and is to be finished in late January. According to a building permit filed with the city of Springfield, the estimated construction cost is $140,678.
