Project description: The city of O’Fallon engaged the Mettemeyer Engineering team to complete a programming workshop for its existing public works campus to review the functional requirements of each department and integrate their 25-year projected needs into the design process, project officials say. The team was asked to follow through with a charrette workshop, and through collaborative feedback, a solution was selected to further refine and develop a preliminary construction cost estimate.
