The City Council of O’Fallon, Illinois, voted in favor of a $300 million mixed-use project in the St. Louis area.
The Park Place Development Project calls for single-family homes, duplexes, apartments, a hotel, entertainment venues and more.
St. Louis Public Radio reports that Bruce Holland of Holland Construction, Rich Gorazd of State Construction and Michael Hamburg of Pier Property Group are behind the Park Place project.
