A New York City real estate developer has been charged in an $86 million fraud scheme along with other industry executives.
Nir Meir, 49, served as managing principal at the now-shuttered real estate investment company HFZ Capital Group.
The charges accuse Meir and the other executives of allegedly stealing from investors and subcontractors.
