NYC plans to redevelop 122-acre coastline in Brooklyn

New York City announced plans to redevelop a 122-acre coastline in Brooklyn.

The city plans to add housing, retail, green spaces and port facilities.

Among planned investments is $80 million to stabilize and repair piers, with $15 million to be used for a new electrified container crane.
