An 8,200-square-foot penthouse at the top of the 220 Central Park South building in New York City sold for roughly $100 million.
An undisclosed buyer used the 76CPS LP entity for the purchase. The buyer went into contract for the property in 2017.
The sale equates to more than $12,160 per square foot for the two floors at the top of Vornado Realty Trust’s residential tower.
