Nvidia has agreed to purchase open-source platform Hugging Face, according to multiple media reports.
The deal is reportedly valued at $12.9 billion.
An anonymous source told CNBC that they could “confirm acquisition [by Nvidia] has been part of ongoing and recent talks.”
